  • JOB DESCRIPTION

    20% Digital Strategy Planning

    • Identify trends and insights, utilize analytical tools to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

    • Develop and execute multi-channels and comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads,

    • Manage SEO fundamentals and emerging trends, including on-page SEO, technical SEO, site structure, metadata, internal linking, AEO, and other search experience optimizations.

    • Coordinate website updates, new page creation, and feature enhancements with internal teams and external vendors.

    • Ensure website tracking accuracy and data integrity to support performance analysis and decision-making.

    • Monitor website health metrics, including page speed, crawlability, indexation, and UX signals, and proactively identify improvement opportunities.

    40% Optimization

    • Manage all digital marketing channels organic & paid, commerce (including but not limited to website, social media, email marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads and more) to ensure brand consistency.

    • Optimize content, user experience and performance on the digital spaces based on the insights and key learnings from testing campaigns or given data sources.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

    • Find, leverage and enrich the brand's current data resource.

    40% Management & Report

    • Creating roadmaps, laying down clear action plans, and managing the day-to-day execution of those plans by coordinating between teams.

    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

    • Manage digital budget and ensure all digital initiatives are delivered within budget and timelines.

    • Work to achieve goals set by management and work to (over) achieve these goals

    REQUIREMENT

    • Over 3 years experience in operating paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid performance networks. 

    • Over 2 years of experience in managing e-commerce and partner e-commerce like Shopee, Lazada, Tiki 

    • Over 3 year experience with Analytics tool such as Google Analytics and tracking systems such as Google Tag Manager and Google Ads/Facebook’s tracking codes 

    • Business Level English (all skills)

  • JOB DESCRIPTION:

    1. Full-cycle Accounting & Bookkeeping

    • Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for all transactions, including purchasing, inventory, sales, and general expenses.

    • Ensure proper cost allocation for make-to-order production which purchase from the other Company in the Group.

    • Maintain accurate and timely accounting records in compliance with VAS.

    2. Sales Order, Revenue & Invoice Control

    • Review and validate sales orders against approved pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.

    • Coordinate with Commercial and Production teams to track order status and shipment timeline.

    • Issue VAT invoices aligned with shipment and revenue recognition principles.

    3. Tax Compliance & Filing

    • Prepare and submit quarterly and annual tax declarations (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT if applicable).

    • Prepare tax reports, reconciliations, and documentation for tax audits.

    • Stay updated on changes in tax regulations.

    4. Cash Collection & Working Capital Control

    • Monitor Accounts Receivable and follow up on customer payments.

    • Verify incoming payments and promptly confirm to Commercial team for order release and shipment execution.

    • Support cash flow tracking and ensure alignment between shipment plan and cash collection.

    • Collaborate with Commercial team on payment terms (deposit, balance before shipment, etc.).

    5. Expense Payment & Disbursement Control

    • Review and process payment requests for operational and ad-hoc expenses (suppliers, logistics, admin, etc.).

    • Verify supporting documents to ensure validity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.

    • Coordinate with relevant departments to clarify payment details when needed.

    • Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely disbursement in line with cash flow planning.

    • Record and reconcile all outgoing payments accurately in the accounting system.

    6. Cross-functional Coordination

    • Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth transaction flow from order → production → shipment → payment.

    • Support internal and external audits when required.

    • Propose improvements in accounting processes and internal controls.

    REQUIRES:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

    • 4–5+ years of experience, preferably in trading/export companies.

    • Solid understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS)

    • Experience with ERP systems is a strong advantage.
