1. Quality System Management
Develop and enforce SOPs and quality standards for materials, production, and finishing.
Manage and unify QA and QC teams under a consistent quality policy.
Lead internal audits and operator training programs.
Maintain documentation, compliance records, and traceability files.
2. Quality Control Execution
Oversee incoming material inspection, in-process, and final QC.
Review inspection checklists and enforce defect criteria.
Approve finished goods for shipment; issue hold/rework instructions as needed.
Analyze defect trends and escalate to relevant departments.
3. Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)
Lead root cause analysis for internal and external quality issues.
Track and close out CAPA items with verifiable results.
Coordinate with Production, Finishing, and R&D to resolve systemic defects.
Quality KPI Governance
Report on First Pass Yield (FPY), Internal Rejection Rate, Customer Complaint Rate.
Monitor training completion, audit scores, and CAPA cycle time.
Conduct regular review meetings with GM and Factory Leads.
5. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work with R&D and Product Development on design-for-manufacturing standards
Train team leads and supervisors on quality ownership.
Support lean quality initiatives and customer satisfaction goals.
REQUIREMENT
Experience: 8+ years in QA/QC or quality leadership in furniture or industrial manufacturing.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ISO principles, finishing defect classification, and dimensional tolerances.
Leadership: Ability to align teams around quality objectives while balancing production needs.
Problem Solving: Strong CAPA, root cause, and data analysis competency.
Communication: Effective in working across multiple departments including Production, R&D, and Sales.

Maintain accurate finishing code libraries tied to commercial SKUs.
Optimize material usage, spray techniques, and curing time.
2. Technical Supervision and Training
Train finishing line leads and workers on application methods and defect prevention.
Monitor day-to-day compliance with finishing instructions.
Standardize color matching and visual acceptance criteria.
Support QA/QC team with finishing-related defect classification.
3. Finishing Quality Control InterfacE
Analyze finishing defect trends and root causes.
Align with QA on inspection criteria and touch-up processes.
Address customer complaints linked to color/texture/appearance inconsistencies.
4. R&D and Product Interface
Collaborate with Product Development and R&D on prototyping and new finishes.
Evaluate manufacturability of requested custom finishes.
Serve as technical bridge between design concept and factory execution.
5. Continuous Improvement
Lead process audits and improvement workshops.
Benchmark internal techniques against industry best practices.
Reduce finishing rework and trial waste rate.
REQUIREMENT
Experience: 5+ years in furniture finishing process development or finishing QA roles.
Expertise: Deep knowledge of reactive stains, topcoats, curing systems, and defect mechanics.
Standardization: Skilled in writing and communicating finishing standards to cross-functional teams.
Problem Solving: Root cause investigation of finishing issues from shop floor to sample room.
Communication: Able to bridge commercial requests and technical execution.

Project Leadership: Leading and training the technical packing team in the CAD field to create 3D models, drawing with precise information
Problem troubleshooting: Investigate the root cause with the QA Team; Have a correct action plan to improve and solve the problem decisively.
Team Management: Build and nurture a high-performing Technical team with each brand's standards
BOM: Ensure all the information of BOM on the Odoo server is correct and make sure all BOM is updated with new ECR, construction changes from related departments
Continuous Improvement: Implement processes for continuous improvement. Lead in Improvements and ECR program to improve construction and manufacturing methods on Product.
Training: Develop a knowledge-sharing program within the Technical team, including regular training sessions,
Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with relevant packing standards and regulations, conducting regular audits.

System: Create and maintain the code system for each category on the Odoo system; Build and maintain the Technical BOM on the Odoo system.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Engineering, or a related field
5 years of relevant work experience
Proven track record of successful project management in the furniture industry.
Strong knowledge of technology and trends in the furniture field.
Understanding of product research and development processes and techniques.
In-depth knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and furniture design principles.
Strong leadership skills, coupled with the ability to work independently.
Have experience with ERP Systems
Good communication and teamwork skills.

REQUIREMENT:

JOB DESCRIPTION
Client Communication and Order Management
Act as primary contact for clients regarding orders, schedules, and follow-ups.
Receive and validate purchase orders and technical documents.
Confirm order details internally with Planning, QA, and Production teams.
Maintain updated order status sheets and client communications.
Production Coordination and Planning Support
Track production timelines in coordination with Merchandising Manager and Planning.
Escalate any deviations from confirmed delivery schedules.
Assist in preparing order summary reports for weekly meetings.
Liaise with QA and Logistics to ensure shipment readiness.
Forecast and Inventory Coordination
Monitor and update rolling forecast files per assigned clients.
Share forecast deviations with Planning and Warehouse to prevent stockout or excess.
Support master planning data input for regional stock management.
Documentation and ERP System Updates
Ensure client data, order confirmation, and shipping details are accurately maintained.
Update internal databases and dashboards in collaboration with Operations.
Coordinate with Logistics for invoice packing lists and shipment compliance.
Post-Delivery Support
Track delivery confirmations and PODs.
Handle basic claims and coordinate with QA and Finance for resolution.
Maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication.
REQUIREMENT
Experience: 3+ years in customer service, merchandising, or planning roles in manufacturing or export companies.
Industry Knowledge: Exposure to OEM/ODM/OBM business models preferred, ideally in furniture or lifestyle products.
System Fluency: Experience with ERP systems and Excel-based trackers.
Communication: Strong coordination skills, able to work across departments and with international clients.
Organization: Highly detail-oriented, able to manage multiple orders and schedules concurrently.
